Built by Someone Who Got Tired of Wasting Time.

The Problem.

Find Property Size came from a problem I kept running into over and over again.

I’d drive out to a property, take the time to measure everything, put together a price…
and then find out the customer wasn’t moving forward.

Sometimes they didn’t like the price.
Sometimes I got underbid.
Either way, the time was already gone.

And it happened more often than it should.

Trying to Fix It.

So I changed the process!

Instead of driving out first, I started measuring properties remotely, sending a price upfront, and letting the customer decide before I ever got in the truck.

That helped… but it wasn’t smooth.

Where It Fell Apart.

I was bouncing between different map tools, switching views, opening street view in another tab, trying to piece everything together.

Half the time I was guessing where the property lines actually were.

And there wasn’t a clean way to show what I measured to back up the price.

It worked — but it was slow and frustrating.

So I Built Something Better.

Nothing had everything in one place.

So I built it.

A simple way to measure properties, switch map views, check street view, and send a clean report — all without jumping between tools.

No guessing on boundaries.
No extra tabs.
No second-guessing the numbers.

What Changed.

Now, the process is completely different.

Instead of guessing or committing time upfront, I can get the property size, send a real price, and see where things stand — all from the desk.

No more driving out just to find out it’s not a fit.
No more piecing things together across different tools.

Everything happens first — the measurement, the price, the decision.

And only then do we show up.

The Result.

That shift changed everything.

Quotes go out faster — sometimes in minutes.
Customers know exactly what they’re getting and why it costs what it does.

There’s less back-and-forth, fewer dead-end jobs, and a lot less wasted time.

Instead of chasing every lead, we’re focused on the ones that are actually moving forward.

And overall, that’s meant:

  • More efficient days

  • Better customer experience

  • Higher close rates

  • Less time wasted on jobs that don’t happen

Show up when it counts.
