Measuring
How do I measure a property?
Search an address, and the map jumps to it on satellite imagery. Click each corner of the area you’re measuring, close the shape, and the measured area appears in your selected unit. Draw as many separate areas as you need and they total together.
How accurate is it?
Areas are computed from the map and how carefully you trace the boundary, so for estimating and planning it’s very reliable — typically within a few percent when you zoom in and trace closely. For a legal boundary, use a licensed survey.
What can I measure?
Anything visible from above: lawns, lots, driveways, parking lots, roofs, garden beds, pools, fence lines, and more — as area (square feet, square metres, acres, hectares, and other supported units) or as linear feet along a line.
Where are parcel lines available?
Parcel line overlays currently cover properties in the U.S. and Canada. Everywhere else, search and measuring work exactly the same — you just trace the boundary from the satellite image instead of following an overlay.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in any modern browser on desktop or phone, and can be added to your home screen like an app.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes — it’s built for mobile, so you can measure or adjust a property right from the field.

Is there a free version?
Yes. You get 10 property searches a month free, up to 10 areas on a property, and 10 saved properties — with unlimited exports and shares. No credit card to start.
What does Pro cost?
Pro is $19.99/month and adds unlimited searches, unlimited saved properties kept editable, up to 20 areas per property, and your own logo on exported reports. Unlimited assumes normal individual use and is subject to automated abuse guards.
What counts as a search?
Looking up an address to pull its imagery. Drawing, measuring, exporting, and sharing don’t count — only the address lookups are capped on the free plan.
What happens to my saved properties if I cancel Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Your 10 most recent properties stay editable, and the rest are archived — still yours, and reopenable the moment you go back to Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account and Pro stays active through the period you’ve already paid for.
